Preparing for Back to School: A Focus on Young Children’s Mental Health

Session will be held every Wednesday from 3:30-4:30pm EST starting August 19th through September 9th.

“Preparing for Back to School” is an interactive, web based learning and consultation model specifically aimed at supporting teachers and school staff in preparing for preschool and elementary school age children to return to “school” in the fall. While we don’t know exactly what school will look like in August, we know that children’s mental health has been impacted by the global pandemic and the changes in their routines and relationships. Our goal is to showcase some expert panel members discussing topics related to children’s mental health, as well as an opportunity for school based providers to discuss de-identified cases, scenarios, and get peer support.

**Upper Valley Project Launch is hosting this series and will be providing consultation to school districts in the UV on a limited basis after the series.**
