Community Health Workers and Support Specialists: Working and Thriving In The New Normal

Sessions will be held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 12:00-1:00pm starting Tuesday May 11th through December 14th.

Community Health Workers (CHWs) have continued to thrive despite a new reality where they may no longer be able to meet patients face to face, in clinics or their homes, and have had to shift how they serve their communities. During this ECHO subject matter experts,  CHW’s, and folks from other related fields will have the chance to learn more about and discuss topics identified as important  by CHWs and other community engaged health workers, related to social determinants of health, during this challenging time. Each topic will relate to ways you have/can adapt. During this series, resources shared will be focused on New Hampshire but folks from anywhere are welcome to join. Developed in partnership with the NH CHW Coalition.
