Community Health Workers (CHWs) are a critical and growing workforce committed to the health and well-being of their communities. Their unique ability to shift with the changing times and demands makes them an essential workforce. This ECHO has been designed to support the needs of CHWs in the current post-COVID environment, providing a “Toolbox” to specifically meet today’s challenges. During this ECHO subject matter experts, CHWs and other community engaged health workers and stakeholders will have the opportunity to discuss and learn about these tools to address the growing unmet Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) needs in our state.
